Transmission fluid type, drain-and-fill quantity and total capacity
Identify the transmission as well as the engine. A conventional automatic, CVT, dual-clutch gearbox and manual transmission can require different fluids even within one model year.
A fluid-change quantity and a total dry-system capacity are different measurements. Check the source procedure before using a published quantity, and read the fluid type alongside it. A capacity without the matching transmission and procedure is not a filling instruction.
